Nice video. Could you make a sciences based video on how to minimise adverse impact of endurance running on muscle growth/hypertrophy ? I think it’s a relevant topic in this trend of hybrid training and for people looking at doing marathon & ultra but still not wanting to sacrifice gym gains

@@nathanclegg6717 ha I know right! It’s a fine balance between the two and in my experience some have to do very little leg volume to not interfere whilst others can do a lot more and even two leg sessions per week! Usually it’s those younger ones that get away with this tho
