Good video. The tip that finally helped me breathe during wall balls was to blow the ball to the target, basically breathing out at the top position every time. Turned them from a nightmare into just horrible!

It is wrong to claim 75% comes from lower body movements if the thrower is not a tall guy

That’s a great point. Although I’d say in general it would still be a greater % of the lower body contributing regardless of height, in fact maybe even more lower body!
