@@Fartedmouth Exactly! If you have a working body, believe me that is something to be very very grateful for. I have what is called Degenerative Disc Disease. I'm better than I was, but for years I couldn't lift more than 15 pounds without being in extreme agony afterwards. It taught me a new meaning of pain. I could barely lurch around the block if it was a good day. If I went up a hill, same thing. Unbelievable pain. If I lifted too much, I'd be in a chair for a month. I was an extreme athlete long ago. Superbly fit. I used to lift, run, and swim. I was vital! I loved it. Then this DDD hit me like a phone booth! I can walk further and further now. I still have to be extremely careful. But I am super grateful everyday for moving forward and taking my body back a little at a time. People who have working bodies who actually choose sedentary, inactive lifestyles to me are ungrateful. I would give anything to have a fully working back again. I'd exercise and hike more than ever before! I like to think I was grateful for my life during these painful, dark years. And even in my crippled state accomplished a lot and maintained sobriety. Still did the best I could to do the right things and be a good man and help others and animals.

Oh Chroniqz well, I should quit my job then. Thx for the correction. 😂😂😂 Envisioning winning crumbles the moment you finish second. Instead, envisioning your very best performance - works every time. It‘s true, athletes dream about that gold medal. But that‘s not what keeps them going. The possible win might be four years in the very distant future. To far away for constant motivation. Feeling good because you are doing something which makes you better and better NOW - that is fueling the present.

support www.sens.org/ . Hope I don't sound too subversive, but I strongly believe in 'organic' development. This, imvho, prevents you from becoming physically ill. At the moment, I think the market-economy-shaped media makes us think that we are inadequate if we haven't attained a certain level of quality of life through our own endeavour. However, with our short lives, making more money than providing for bare subsistence, is a goal that is all-encompassing, ergo, unrealistic. This is because we need to rest, reflect, relax and fulfil 'facets' of ourselves that have nothing to do with the market, as well as 'make money'. I believe that this is what climate change is telling us.

Does anyone else feel less motivated or even depressed when picturing your future? Rather than, your fantasying all the wonderful things that might happen, like the one mentioned in the video. You don’t want your life to be too successful, because it’s boring. You also don’t want it to be too plain, because it’s boring. It suddenly makes realize that we only have one life, and there’s an end to it. Everything seems to fall in order, and that’s the reason why I don’t like planning about my life. Maybe we’re people that loves to live in the present.

1. Convince yourself you want to do it. One of the easiest things you can do to motivate yourself is to think of the work you're about to do as not being so hard, after all. 2. Take control. While it's easy to be overwhelmed by various personal and professional responsibilities, you can help yourself stay focused by keeping in mind that, at the very least, you are in control of your own actions. 3. Surround yourself with other people who are working hard. No man (or woman!) is an island. In order to pursue your goals with everything you have, it's helpful to be around other people who are working just as hard. 4. Break up your tasks into smaller tasks. "Break your hard work into component parts; it makes it easier to see where the obstacles are so you can be prepared to overcome them 5. Stay focused. It's difficult to motivate yourself to keep working if you're not able to concentrate on the task at hand. 6. Remember your "why." Nothing is more motivating than reminding yourself why you're doing the work in the first place. Whether you're building a product you love or simply putting food on the table for your family, it's crucial that you remain in touch with what inspires you. 7. Stay positive. As anyone will tell you, failure is inevitable, but it's how you deal with failure that determines whether you will ultimately be successful. 8. Motivating product actually helps. 90 percent of those who keeps motivated and determine all the time wears Motivating T-shirts or getting mugs that has motivating quote on it I truly recommend you those : www.redbubble.com/i/t-shirt/Work-Hard-In-Silence-Let-Your-Success-Be-Your-Noise-by-proknife/76521889.FB110 www.redbubble.com/i/mug/Work-Hard-In-Silence-Let-Your-Success-Be-Your-Noise-by-proknife/76521889.9Q0AD

Motivation is great and all but you run out of motivation, that is why you need discipline. Discipline is the key success, if you think about working out people often get motivated to work out and after a few days or weeks they do not see the value in the pain so they quit. Then there are the people who have self discipline and those are the people you see constantly in the gym because no matter how much it sucks sometimes they keep doing it, that is why they tend to be happier too.

Welp I got stuck in a dead end job of hard labor, why? Because I grew up rather poor, had a child young and so I had to put food on the table. No money to back me up and send me to college or start a business, so I had to go to work and 13 years later here I am still working the same type of job as I've always had making 5 more bucks per hour than when I started. Life is tough, if you're just starting out make sure you wait to have kids, try to work a part time job while going to school so you can get the career you love, if you hate your job you cannot be happy because you will spend more time at work than your hours off not counting sleep time.
