it is hard tho:p anyway, i feel i have something everyday after work. 4 days working out for a week + 1 football traning session. But to that I also do this schedule on repeat (Except when I am joining scenes in series/movies/music collaborations): day 1: songwriting, day 2: singing, day 3: rapping, day 4: commisions level design/art design/digital model design, day 5: one day off doing nothing, day 6: next day out to meet people to get some social skills/socializing day 8: animating series, day 9: creating music videos/other videos/youtube videos day 10: watching inspriational/motivation/skill videos on youtube to learn more. day 11: walking in the forest/lakes/on top of mountains. There are 2 problem with this: Problem 1: It always ends up with a depression hitting me out of nowhere, lasting maybe from 3 weeks to 1 month and 2 weeks. Problem 2: I still do all my bad/common habits the other time of the day. I wish i could do more things on a day instead of like "rewarding myself" to do things that doesn't make me progress on my self- development. Problem 3: I suddenly gets horny at times, making me cancel whatever I am doing to ... yes, you know. Problem 4: I almost never release anything i make because I always want to "finess" my crafts. (except commisions, where I have to deliver to earn money). And then I get tired of the thing I made, because I, myself is tired of it after watching/seeing and listening to it for like what, 80 hours?

Set habits you want to have as smallest possible actions to remove barrier to taking action e.g. want to become a book reader, start by reading just one word every day, then one sentence a day, then one page a day - consistency is the key, do a little but consistently over a long time

Every bad habit has a purpose and you need to understand why it is there so you can substitute it with a positive habit. If you e.g. smoke because you are stressed, it is not sustainable to just force yourself to stop. You need to build a habit to deal with stress.

I am 11 year old from Croatia. My parents will push me soon enough to become a CEO of my mom's company. But I am not who they think I am. I show only perfect grades, and that 2 grades every year that aren't A, I do this:„Well it isn't my problem that our teacher is cruel and takes my points down". That's what world teached me to be. I recently started hanging out with my friends more, and I developed a normal tennager habits. Becoming a night owl(I was that crazy child that wakes up at 6AM and starts dancing for competition) during this year I recognized how this world works. I am changing my habits and now that I have real friends(finnaly) we all decided to start enjoying life safely and do our best as intelligent students that have a special program.

I miss my family, my children, my lover. My bad habits made me lose them. I always knew I had to change, but I let my emotions depression be an excuse. It wasn’t, in a way I already knew all this but I just didn’t do anything about it. Now that I’ve seen this, I really want to give it my all, become the man I want to be, the lover and the father I should have been. I’ve failed so many times, but I can’t quit, and I won’t, I know I can make this happen. I hope everybody finds their true happiness and succeed in what they want to do and what they want out of life.
