1. Be your own biggest fan. 2. Change your perspective. 3. Spend time reflecting on your emotions (Emotional Awareness) 4. Control the way you react. 5. Turning failure to a mental fortitude. 6. Spend a little time introspecting every day. 7. Take risks. 8. Embarrass yourself on a regular basis (The more uncomfortable situation you face, the stronger you're going to be). 9. Disregard laziness and keep working. 10. Be kind and spread positiveness wherever you go.

*When growing up, as a child, I always wanted to become strong too.... with big arms, a huge chest, broad shoulders, legs full of speed power.... but then I realized becoming stronger mentally was the first step to become physically stronger. So I went to school, did my homework 100%, became polite to everybody in my neighbourhood and listened carefully to my parents and family.* Thanks to that mentallity, I am where I am nowadays: a pretty good physique with not the biggest arms, not the broadest shoulders, not the most powerful legs of the world, but I can deal with that thanks to my strong mental attitude!

Anthony, Take control of your mind and body and life becomes great fun. . Real practical tips to build confidence and be mentally strong include doing public speaking courses, participate in group situations, avoid comparing your life with others, be assertive when needed -never say "Yes" when you want to say "No", mix with positive people, avoid watching negative social media, maintain good health and top priority is developing mental muscles with the right diet and daily meditation.

You forgot an important concept, I think. This is one I have been practicing since I hit my 70s and realized that I wanted to keep “creating” more neurons to keep my brain active and “younger” for a few more years. Therefore, I started thinking more logically and truthfully. I learn new things every day by listening to podcasts and reading articles and books I don’t know much about, like physics, astronomy, ancient civilizations, behavior of different life forms, archeology, anthropology, etc. By learning the way things happen, or happened, and apply logical ways of understanding, I learn many things by looking at them with a different perspective than I did. this makes a big difference in how I think about things and makes them easier to understand.

Coming to the States in my mid-30s, I thought I was prepared to tackle any cultural issues I would encounter. Boy, was I wrong and had to overcome a lot of hurdles! Well, I went back to school, worked w different types of people, and learned so much about myself. In the process, I regained back my self-confidence and self-assertiveness that I didn't foresee I was going to have problems with. I didn't come to the States to be a loser, so I fought hard and steady. I have had great jobs, married well w a loving husband, and am now in my senior yrs. Having a strong mind can be learned and achieved; it is important for one to maintain happiness and contentment in life.

Naturally, one can not speak for everybody. But the issue that many people have is that they do not know what is it that they want. They do not have a clear goal in their lives, they are lost souls. Those supposed mentally strong people who have things figured out, are the ones who have been fortunate enough to know what the goals in their lives are. Once one has a clear goal in mind, he or she will automatically be mentally strong enough to go after it.

Challenge yourself with some ideas about manhood, explore your masculine potential to the maximum and become the kind of man you would look up to and admire. Will try my best to remain positive and spread kindness around. Sometimes when I was very stressed and have encounter negative traumatic events , my emotions or moods nose dives. Afterall we were just humans, we are not machines and become emotionally untouched when someone consistently mocked or attack us with insults that are unbearable . It took a very strong character to have that negative emotions suppressed and remain positively cheerful towards others when you have received a short bursts of negative body languages or verbal assault or gossips from your surroundings. Good luck, reduce sufferings, don't expect to be pleasurable and happy on all occasions. 🆖🆖👻👻🐧🐧😮😮🦘🦘🦑🦑👨🏽❤👨🏼👨🏽❤👨🏼🙆🙆🎃🎃🎧🎧📽📽
