I do somewhat agree, but not entirely down to individual driving skill. It’s the annoying pedestrians and cyclists who feel entitled to leave the responsibility of THEIR safety on me because I am driving the car. I cannot tell you how many times they both have played chicken with me then yell at me for scaring them when I literally was being very careful and oftentimes have not even moved the car!

Why didn't that police van ticket the driver? Are the police told what to enforce, and what not to enforce by the government? It is the drivers responsibility to keep their eyes on the road at all times and avoid distractions. It is the city's responsibility to make sure that traffic signals are mounted in a way to be as visible as possible to drivers. Those westbound traffic signals at Shuter & Yonge seem to be mounted too high up. Maybe lowering the traffic signals, changing the yellow and green light size from 8 inch, to 12 inch, or using Quebec horizontal traffic signals could help increase its visibility.

@@crickey__in__durham It's a simple three way intersection. The driver clearly is a bad driver that really has no business being on the road.
