I read his autopsy. Nobody knows exactly what killed him. It wasn't a heart attack per se, i.e. caused by atherosclerosis (his coronary arteries were in surprisingly good shape). However he had an enlarged heart, and because of its size the electrical activity was probably abnormal, and he had an arrhythmia.

I dont know in his private life....but on social, Rich was very educated, polite and respecfull it was very hard to dislike him. I worked at 4 conventions he was and the dude was one of the few educated, polite down to earth fitness personalities on those shows.

How is that useless information for someone who is going into those deep waters with minimal first hand knowledge? Have you ever even seen any of his videos?
