I’m in Cincinnati where stuff happens all the time. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I don’t trust Craigslist, I had a bad experience. It maybe normal where they live at. There’s plenty of other websites that do background checks, and then still can’t be too safe.
@sarahlynn7894
@sarahlynn7894 3 жыл бұрын
Of course they have horrible judgement! They’re popping out multiple kids without being married! The defendant was pregnant with her THIRD child when the plaintiff moved in with her kids! Are we really that surprised? I can guarantee none of them have ever been married, and they most likely came from multiple fathers! Not one mention of the fathers! Not one mention of child support, watching the kids, etc., from the plaintiff or defendant about any of the fathers of these children. I just heard them using the excuse that they’re single mothers to gain empathy for a messed up situation they placed themselves in! After the first child, you would think they learned their lesson? With this selfish stupidity because, obviously none of these women were thinking of the consequences to the children when they got pregnant multiple times, do you really think they have good judgment to know better? Clearly these women fall way below the high standards of moral decency. I feel sorry for their kids. They’re paying for their mothers selfish mistakes and it seems the mothers never learn from them! Sure it’s judgmental, but sugar coating the truth and facts only enables this morally bankrupt behavior. The culture today enables this low moral standard! What’s that say about us as a society? Single motherhood is nothing to glorify when it’s self inflicted. When does responsibility and accountability come into play? I realize there are single mothers that have had husbands die or had a husband cheat after 20 years of marriage, etc., and those women deserve praise, but let’s be truthful here, none of those facts happened in this case. Women that become single mothers out of sleeping around while unmarried should not be glorified. It’s 2021! Everyone knows how making a baby works! These women were just irresponsible and selfish, period. In the least 25 years, single mothers have dominated society. More children are from broken homes than ever before. You think that’s a good thing MrDavidKen77? So not sorry for being “biased” what ever that means in this situation, and “judgmental”.

I believe the plaintiff when she says she responded to the live in nanny ad. You can most definitely doctor up an ad, the judge in this case should’ve made the defendant prove that was the original ad by showing dates that coincide with their messages. I felt bad for the plaintiff because she was telling the truth but had no evidence of it, which makes it just a tale.

This story doesn’t make sense. She put an ad on Craigslist for a nanny to help with her working hours but pitch the idea of using her home as a daycare, and asked the roommate to helps out. How does that make sense if she needs someone to watch her kids and the plaintiff works a overnight shift. She was in need of money so she wouldn’t get evicted. It’s that simple. She manipulated and used the plaintiff to get her out of a jam. After that, it went downhill because she no longer needed her help financially. And if you’re watching toddlers in an apartment, it’s very hard to keep them in one place. They’re not animals. They’re toddlers, which she should’ve been watching to begin with. It’s her fault if they’re climbing in her baby space. I believe everything the plaintiff stated about this case. The judge wasn’t trying to hear her side because of her sassy frustration being shown. I would’ve left as well. Judge Milian pissed me off. And doesn’t the ad show dates or the email should show a date, which could prove her updated the ad verbiage. I wish Judge Judy or Mathis had this case. Sometimes Milian has poor judgment.

She stole my money. Don't rent rooms out to strangers. Don't even allow new acquaintances into your home. If you accept a ride from a stranger (Uber, etc) have them pick you up/drop you off at a store or library near your home. I have learned these lessons the hard way.....(and when it comes to the ride thing - one guy left a note with a gift on my doorstep the next day, another parked two doors down waiting for me to go in and out the door, just watching my house!) - Don't ever let people know where you live.....and these women had children!

I do not believe the defendant. Her “ Craigslist Ad “ conveniently covered all the bases of what the plaintiff put in her complaint. Never give all the details prior to. It allows the opposite side to create a lie to cover themselves. State the bullet points of your allegation and then have all of the documentation to show what happened. It forces the opposite side to answer the complaint without knowledge of what you have against them. So, if they lie in their response they are caught in the lie once you pull out your evidence and express the details of what happened.

I really wish Judge Milian would have taken more consideration of the Plaintiff's Craigslist Ad response. As annoying as she was (and having utilized the website in the past) you can change the listing of your ad with the click of a button. The Plaintiff had proof of response to the AD which indicated a free room in exchange for Nanny services. I believe the defendant was desperate for childcare and figured she can get someone to stay and watch her children in lieu of paying rent, but then realized she broke af and need assistance with childcare and rent so she wanted to charge. Not one father of any of all those children were mentioned smh. These ladies both have too many kids and are struggling. Why is the Defendant on her third child, when she has no money, no way to provide and no one to watch the children she had? The Plaintiff doesn't seem to be that much better off.

This is exactly how children end up harmed or dead. How were they both so comfortable leaving their most precious possesion with complete strangers? A newborn who cant talk or fend for themselves? So sad.. and the judge dropped the ball on this one...how did she not catch the ad was for a new born, not soon to be born? You can update listings whenever you want and I believe the defendant changed it to fit the court case. Smh. Terrible situation

I honestly think the defendant was just broke and couldn't pay for a nanny. I feel bad for the plaintiff but I hope she learn not to trust people she does not know

If someone can go back home and live with mom when things with the stranger-roommate-nanny-masseuse-sausage-milk-and-eggs-sous-chef don’t work out, why not just do that in the first place before you get behind in your rent and get yourself into this kind of situation?

Naw plaintiff is dumb, she had $1,200 for the defendant but not rent for her own place. Plus she works AND does massages. She need her own place

Judge M, came off disgustingly unlikable in this episode. The plaintiff had *EVERY* right to be so upset! The defendant was so clearly lying through her teeth.

I was so mad at the judge for this! I believed the plaintiff completely! Why would she take a $200 break a month on rent to care for the defendants kids that often? No one would! That’s $50 a week but you pay rent too? The defendant lied big time.
