Yay HIIT cardio! This one is intense! I LOVE the 10 second break between moves, and also that while the exercises are intense, they are uncomplicated to perform. That burpee jack at the end was a perfect finisher. Thanks for another awesome workout Heather, I appreciate you so much! 💙😀

I’m recovering from a moderate case of COVID and this is the first time in a month and a half I have been able to do anything high intensity. It was amazing and just the right length for me!

For anyone who might care! I‘m 157 cm, i couldn’t stick to the original 10 s break, so i made it 20 s break.. and i burned 237 cal according to my apple watch !

@@oliviatan4827 you're not supposed to do Hiit for that long. Whole point of hiit is to get your body in fat burning mode in shorter time.

@@isobel64 I think most of those 1hour HIIT arent super intense moves, but they are like moderate interval train, just like a moderate paced run, idk at least thats how i rank that dificulty, the hardest hiits I done from her are the ones that last at max 35min with warm up and cool down included, but you are right.

I’m a big fan of no repeat workouts. I tend to get bored quickly and for moves I don’t care for as much (burpees, I’m talking to you), the thought of doing more than one rep just makes me want to quit. This workout was challenging for me as someone in their mid-50s. I did have to stop short on some of the intervals but I loved that every muscle got a workout. Those plank saws are HARD! My shoulders were screaming 😊. I’ve definitely noticed progress though. When I first started your workouts, I couldn’t do the crab dance and struggled with the prisoner kneel downs. Now I can do them both. I also really appreciate how quiet your workouts are - I can get up early and do a session without waking up my husband. Always a good thing!

That was a sweaty one! So proud of myself & the progress I've made 🙌🏻 I only paused once..for a slightly longer rest after the burpees (which is basically half way). Feeling awesome & ready for my rest day tomorrow 🎊

yesterday I tried this after 2 years of not working out at all and I could just do 20 minutes with 2 breaks. Today I did it whole with one break at 15 min. I'm proud :)

Those killer HIIT's are my favorites! I do your training EVERY day and most of the time I do combinations of a few of your trainings. If you can add more of those in a longer versions it would be great (40/50 min). Thank you for being so awesome!

Transitioning from "gym rat" to working out at home is challenging. I didn't want to do it. I haven't stepped foot in my gym in a year because of COVID. I've tried different things but nothing stuck. I just couldn't make the switch in my head. Then I found YOU. I'm motivated again and it feels great. I may never go back to the gym. Thanks so much! Your workouts are perfect for me.

During the cool down I in kinda a weird place. Tired, happy, got the exercise high. Well when I saw you doing a cool down move reaching behind your head and pulling hand down I just figured it was just a move I had not seen before. It was you straightening out your hair braid. I have short hair but went right along. Love your videos! Thank you.

Reading the comments post workout and i realised why it was intense - it was only 10s rest! Hvent been active for a couple of weeks so I thought I was too out of shape, but this was still a good workout - short but productive 💯

I went into this not expecting to burn much calories because my body has become sort of resistant to cardio and have been burning fewer than 100 calories whenever I do cardio, no matter how hardcore. So I was surprised to burn 103 calories 10 minutes into this workout. Now that's what I'm talking about! I burned a total of 243 calories with this workout. I guess I don't have to write off cardio after all.
