This HIIT Pilates Workout is a fun fusion of HIIT style training and pilates inspired exercises. No equipment needed today - we will just be using our own body-weight for resistance to get in a total body workout. This pilates style workout is great for creating long, lean toned muscles, improving mobility, flexibility and balance. Let's do it team!

Thank you for this! I never read comments so I never think to leave any. But I just had to today. I had a few hours to myself today, opened up the windows, and did this workout along with the hiit abs and cardio from a few days ago. Yayayayya I really wait for Pilates style workouts from her❤️ It was a really lazy and dull day today, and I was almost finding an excuse not to workout today and saw this the moment I opened KZbin. Felt so amazing doing it! When it's a Heather workout, you just know nothing is going to be easy, lol xD Felt the burn so much!

Your pilates was the perfect match for me! Thank you Heather! Due to my flu vaccine, it was not recommended to have any heavy workouts so I did that one and I feel perfect! For all Heather's followers - remember that not always pushing hard is good. Listen to your body and find that one which is fitting you the best. Take care and stay safe!

A fantastic movement class. Definitely still an intensity through the class, and the stretch component throughout was appreciated. No jump lunges for me but I simply improvised with something else. Thank you, Heather!!

I just found this channel and it’s my first time trying this. I’m absolutely loving it - instead of getting exhausted like it usually happens after a workout, I feel like I’ve unlocked a lot of energy. I definitely recommend doing this!

Same. Started after 9pm, was very much about to lay down and relax after work, but a couple intervals of simple workouts that break a sweat, I feel very satisfied with it. And ready to shower before bed! ☺️

thanks Heather for your wide range of workouts - both in style and length. My favourites are all of your 20-30 min workouts that each move is 40 seconds with 10 seconds to prepare for the next one. I am getting MUCH better toning results and truly enjoying working out compared to the 10 years I spent at my gym. You are my #1 go-to daily now for my workouts and encouraged friends and colleagues to follow you. Looking forward to seeing you reach your 1 million subscribers.
