so grateful to be part of your silver lining... I'm so sorry you had to close your beautiful studio but way down here in Virginia you have a very grateful patreon member. the cues were great... the cue for the Bulgarian dealie was very helpful and I realized on round 2 of the curl/bridge thingy, after hearing you count the moves that I needed to hold up the bum... oh yeah! feeling it then! thank you... from the warm up to the cool down this was fun, challenging, and helpful.

Work has been crazy lately, so I've had to miss a few days of workouts. And then it's SO hard to overcome inertia! But I'm sooo glad I finally came around to rolling out the mat and clicking play 😂 I even upped my weights halfway through! Yet again, this proves that you just gotta go ahead and do it. ❤💪

A bit of lower back pain has plagued me this week after moving a sofa with my husband at the weekend but I did your stretch class additionally on Tuesday, had a day off (other than walking yesterday) and today I am fighting fit! What a brilliant recovery time and I am sure it is down to fitness with PJ 5 x a week, daily dog walks and (trying!) to eat right. Thanks PJ x

I had heavier weights today than when I did this 2 months ago, so I feel pumped! Still don't have a stability ball yet though, so I hope next time this video comes around in the calendar, I'll be doing it with the ball 😊💪🔥

THIS IS GREAT! I DIDN'T HAVE A STABILITY BALL SO I DID AN EXTRA ROUND. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CHALLENGING WITH THE BALL. YOU ALWAYS MAKE ME LAUGH, SMILE AND HAVE A GREAT WORKOUT! THANK YOU PJ

Today's workout challenged me My balance was all over the place so much so I fell off the ball lol and almost dropped the dumbbell on my leg .......not doing that again 😅 I upped my weight best decision ever But I added the challenge from yesterday and added the hip stretches day 2..... fabulous Cheers LEGEND Steph 🇮🇪

I really enjoyed the stability ball workout today. I found some easier than others, however I feel my balance was working to my advantage today. I am going to follow this up with the inverted hang and 3 miles on treadmill. thanks PJ

still have work to do on my own stability so I did the workout on the floor with weights after the first round. I love that you give options! I wasn't getting my form right and I did not want to stop! Thanks PJ for always making us feel successful. P.S. I noticed that the OFF sign was gone and the Fitness with PJ sign was back up during the stretching part. 😆

I dont know why I did the thigh burner as a finisher after this workout. I really dont know, Iam barely walking now hahahahaha Hr reached 179 wiiii 🎉🎉 I will do it again I had a hard time with the ball, i really need to practice more. Tks Pj!

Had to LOL when the sign changed during the water break. I knew if your mat being uneven bothered you there was no way having the “wrong” sign up wouldn’t. How did I know? I’m the same way! 😂

Didn't realize you had to keep your butt lifted the whole time when doing hamstring curls + bridge and thought, "Wow, this is so easy", lol. Went back and did it the correct way and really felt it in my hamstrings! Couldn't do the split squat on the ball. Was all over the place, so I used a chair and 2 dumbbells. Also the pullover with crunch I know I didn't do correctly. I have osteopenia, so didn't really think it would be appropriate.

Just recently finished the 30 day osteo challenge. Now I am previewing all your new videos to see if I can safely do them. With the pull over and crunch, should I just eliminate the crunch? BTW, I am so thankful I have found your videos. I like your attitude, the instruction on proper form, your humor, well, just everything!

Regarding the push-ups…I don’t have wrist issues (at least I don’t think it’s a wrist issue) but if I put a ton of weight on my hands I get pain in the pads of my palms, and if I try to put more weight on my knuckles or in fingertips on the mat, it makes it worse. So for this exercise, I grabbed my yoga blocks because it didn’t seem to be as much weight because it shortened the distance a bit, and then I could grab the sides of my blocks, and I could go deeper into my range of motion. Hopefully that isn’t harmful for my body on a Physio sort of level.

I love stability ball + weights exercises. However, this one is 10 minutes too short for me, and boring because there is just one set of exercises that rotate. I would have preferred it with a different set of exercises 1/2 way through and 5 - 10 minutes longer.

This was not a pretty workout for me 😂 - I was all over the place (including on the floor after falling of the ball). It was good in that it showed me some of my vulnerable spots (left hip).

Oh I am certainly ok (physically anyways 😉). If you are sturdy, you don’t notice where you might have that imbalance in your body - so when my balance was challenged, that is when I recognized that my left hip is not as strong as the right. It’s a good awareness to have !!

Did this while traveling (yup, brought my weights with me! I don't have a ball though), so that in itself was an achievement, haha. Seriously this was good as always, but after reading the other comments I want to challenge myself further with a stability ball! 🟣💪 Btw did this barefoot, which surprisingly works pretty well for me 🙂
