Total Body Metabolic Ignition was designed to kickstart your metabolism and put your muscular endurance to the test! By utilizing a Tabata Style workout you're going to have no choice but to keep moving! Complete as many reps as you can for each exercise during the 20 second periods and only take a 10 second break between exercises. This routine will require 10 minutes to complete. You can utilize the timer in the video to keep track of the rounds so press play and see if you can keep up with me! To increase the intensity of the workout, simply add more rounds! #HTH

Scott Herman man I did this today.....and let me tell you, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! MY heart was racing all thru but I pushed myself. Definitely will add this to my routine. I did this before I did my strength training

Hey Scott! Today I implemented the reverse barbell curls to my exercise and it was amazing, it felt like I never worked on my biceps before. Anyways thanks for that, also if you can kindly show me some exercises for traps using dumbbells since I'm lacking in that department haha.

Must've been painful to do 5 rounds if single armed push ups, let alone 3 more rounds due to mess ups ha. Thanks for the video Scott, definitely gonna use this one.

Scott ur awesome! Finally i found some1 who does things how they should be done. aws vid, quality, everything. But i have 1 Q. Im 17 and i really want to get my last 4packs (already have 2 and the second 2 are shaping). Pls, where can i find some simple eating program? (cause i dont have every specific type of food at home). Something simple and smooth. Ty for these vids!

Is it okay to use this as my warm up for my regular routine? I only burned 85 calories doing this and although it was intense, I want/need to burn more.

This. I bench more than my body weight, so I should have the strength for them. But somehow I can't manage not to fall over sideways or kinda get my ellbow "locked".

I feel like it's my left arm muscle (bicep) slightly larger than my right arm muscle And also my left arm bigger and more powerful than the right hand??? I am afraid that the bigger muscle left hand over the right I ask you to help me because I am very afraid of this case .

not one jump squat was done in this video. all power jumps. you also should lift your shoulders more off the ground while doing crunches. it looked like a hard neck workout :)

For the abs: Hold contact between your hands and your forehead, so you can't use shoulders/arms momentum

If you do high intensety training on a empty stomach, you'll burn muscle, not fat... so I would recomend you to stay away from this when you do your morning training. :P
