Fantastic detail in your instructions. Loads of great hints to keep good form. I am 70 and just starting out with bands, having used weights inthe gym most of my life. Thanks for the channel.

Thanks, James. This is a good workout. I did it on vacation and loved it. You should take someone from noob to intermediate/advanced with bands only, and document the journey.

Thank you for this video James! It’s a nice effective full body workout. I had all kinds of rheumatoid arthritis and I can’t do the weights anymore, it hurts my joints. I bought your bands about a year ago and love them! I get ridiculous pumps!

It’s part of the workout program. If you fall in the water, you will have to use your bands to tie up the gator in a circular motion, which will work your shoulders and lats…

Great video. Fantastic. Obviously it's nice to have the option of an external anchor or bar, but plenty of people just won't have those additional resources.

Would you recommend 3 sets of 8 reps for each exercise or something similar?
@inthemoment424 Жыл бұрын
I was just about to ask that. Reps and sets?
@jlogan2228 Жыл бұрын

Hi James. Thanks for this video. Your physique is very impressive and obviously this is because of years of exercise and specific, targeted exercises. As a complete beginner of 49 years old, a little overweight and trying to combat pre-diabetes what sort of results could I expect doing this regime for say 3 days a week? And should I go "All in" intensity and exercise to failure (start as i mean to go on) or should i go easy to start with, to avoid injury? Thanks for your time

I tried the tricep band exercise yesterday and today the muscles around my elbow is a bit swollen up. I can't bend my elbow fully now as it pains. Is it normal and the swelling, pain will go away or do I need to go see a doctor?

Do you do the exercise in a circuit? If so, how many circuits?

You can but if your main goal is maximizing muscle growth focus on the quality of your reps, making sure they are nice slow and controlled

Thank you for sharing and I have a question so you don’t sketch first or warmup first before starting your exercise. Because you are using band that you are already sketching your muscles. Please clarify. Bernie from the Philippines.

Hi Bernie! It is always a great idea to warm up before jumping into your training. A great warm is one that increases your heart rate in a short period of time. Exercises such as jumping jacks or high knees are great to get the flow flowing before your training program.
