This was a great sequence. Loved the combo moves with the ball and the weights. Also the variety of hip movements...my hips felt great today walking...thanks...

Great 🤗 I will be working out with this new video tomorrow 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Could you please make a video with flat resistance Pilates band ? Also would be so helpful to me if you add exercises to help us with saddle bags 😜 with band and stability ball 🙏😊 love your videos 👍🏻♥️
