Thank you so much for creating this wonderful workout. I have owned a Stability Ball for years. Thank you for making this new again. I wish it was a longer workout, that's how much I enjoy this type of workout. It is great for a lively 63 year old senior and puts no pressure on the joints. I hope you will create another one!

Can't thank you enough I have been suffering Trochanteric bursitis for months and just getting up and down the stairs was a challenge. I got very little sleep and was actually very distressed and my mental health was suffering. 10 days of Lauren's program has turned my life around. I am not completely pain free but so much better than I was and look forward to improving as time goes on. I feel lifted from the darkness. I feel Lauren is a friend that's helped me through and I am so grateful. No drugs just care xx

Just saw your video. I am 76 and workout 3 days at the gym with weights, resistance machines and the track. I have always been afraid of that big ball - you know i was sure i would just roll right off. With back pain i cant do floor exercises but seeing your video changed all that. Now i can do all my favorite calistenics and stretches without struggling to get down or up from the floor. Thanks for the informative and creative ball lessons.

Im 60, started a new job 2 years ago, completely sitting for 40 plus hours on the computer. All my muscle turned to flab and im losing muscle tone too. Ive been working out to your stability ball exercises for seniors for 3 months and i love it. I try to work out at least 3 times a week and i always do plenty of walking, however,. I also cut out added sugars, milk, alcohol and excessive smoking 😅 from stress. I think i will be ready this summer for that modess biki 😅

FUN workout! Was discouraged after walking my dog since I have to walk SO slowly with 'ungood' knee but after doing this stability ball workout and no real difficulty, except moving from floor to ball or changing ball positions, I feel like a 'productive human being' once again! :-) I wish family could DO these workouts with me and STOP seeing me as an 'old disabled lady' .....because I'm NOT! Thanks for these great and fun workouts!!

I just started working out again after many years of being too sedentary in a desk job. I’m almost 55 years old and I real love this ball workout I just purchased two different sized balls to get the best workout that I can. I’m 5 feet 10 inches tall so I needed to figure out which ball would work best. Thank you so much for the great movement I just loved it!!

I'm so glad! tip: I've found that I can change the size of the ball by a few inches just by letting air in/out. Especially when the ball is new it needs to stretch out a bit before it can be blown up to its full size.

I'm a golfer, 12 handicap and I walk 18 holes. I've been doing the ball exercises as I see what I think helps my swing. I really like your stretches and exercises. I'm including them and just want to say I'm also 63 years old and loving your routine. I recommend it to anyone. Even you young ones!!

I am really enjoying your classes especially the ability ball classes. I have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis-60:years old due to a condition I have had the past 3 years which affected m bones. I have need to modify my workouts. I’ve decided to take care of myself, and start a workout. Bought a stability ball, and searched for a beginners exercise, and your video came up! First time doing it, it was pretty hard. But I’m gonna be coming back here again 😊 thank you 🙏 for your video.

Hi L, Really appreciate all the video workouts you are posting. The ambiance and quiet room where you demonstrate is helpful to breathe and stay calm. I adapted the ball ex this time using my elbows instead of straight arms after pushups because upper body got too weak. But still got through and feel so great! also did your stretch and barre classes today. Wow!

Thanks Gail! I may do a 10 min one soon. Unfortunately, the last workout I did with the stability ball didn't do well at all. When you have a video that performs poorly, it can affect your whole channel ;(

I love the stability ball workouts. Do you think you will be making more? They challenge me and seem to work muscles differently. Love your workouts.

Thank you for your kind words. As of now, I just have the 5 stability ball workouts. The last one I did performed horribly. It's a great video, but if not enough of my regular viewers watch the video, the KZbin algorithm just kills the video. It's very frustrating. Never say never, but I don't have plans for any new ones soon. What about the mini ball? Do you have one? I also think that they work the muscles differently and I have many mini ball videos.

Thank you so much. I used to lift weights, however I slowly discontinued and have since lived a sedentary lifestyle. I love the balance ball because it's easy on my knees, which are worn out. Your workout is easy enough for beginners and seniors, but at the same time challenging enough to get results. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Let me be honest, this excercise isn't hard at all to do for gym buddy, but this still require enough core stability. I really recommend for anybody who have joint problems, bad day on period cycle, or for anyone who just wants a light fun toning workout, this video is great for you guys! I'm gonna add this to my morning workout playlist right after. Thank you so much😍

Wow, I found this one while I was searching for some light pilates with my ball, since I couldn't do the planned upper body strength workout with weights bc my shoulder feels stiff. And the label senior/beginner was triggering , because yeah, I could do this hahaha. I found it challenging, and I'm certainly gonna do this more often. Great instructions too! Thx!
