I'm proud to have asked Santa for dumbbells BEFORE PJ suggested it ho ho ho. Windmill : should we keep legs straight or bend one (which one ?) ? My dumbbell was twirling like a flag in the wind lol

Day 1 DONE! I got my booster shot yesterday, so my left arm and lymph note are killing me and kept me up all night... but I DID IT!!! Thank you for these challenges!

My husbands lymph nodes also swelled up a lot after his booster shot. It took about a week to return to normal. Hope yours go down quickly.

Merry Christmas PJ! Hope you have a wonderful holiday break. I will have a drink and cheers to you for helping me stick to a great exercise program for 5 mths on Patreon and over a year prior on KZbin. I have dropped 10lbs but have toned up pretty good.....I just like food a lot.

Just did this workout again and had to comment again. Love! Those ab exercises are my favorite ones, I'm able to hold my form and actually feel it. I'm really terrible at some, but I love these things especially dead bugs!!

Day one done on day 3 as I had my 3rd covid jab on the 1st Dec and couldn't use my arm for a couple of days. Loved this workout and will definitely be asking Santa for some heavier weights. Looking forward to the next 11 days.

Hi Pj. It’s been quite A few weeks since I last did your workouts due to tennis elbow. Today, 3/01/2022 is my first time back ! Thanks for the great workout look forward to tomorrows one. Great workout! I was worried that it might not be very challenging. Easy adaptations for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Reccommend for even those under 40. Personally I find music helps me get through and makes it more fun. So I added some workout music to play in the background and that did the trick (125-142 bpm).

What a great workout! I'm nowhere near as strong as you are...used my 8 lb weights throughout, and had to do some of the modifications...but it was a perfect push day for me. Thank you, PJ!

First day back since covid hit on nov 1!! Im about 90% better, so I took it slow and went with a very light weight. Oh it felt good to get the body moving again - I needed it!! Missed you PJ and the Patreon group!!
