Day 1 DONE! I got my booster shot yesterday, so my left arm and lymph note are killing me and kept me up all night... but I DID IT!!! Thank you for these challenges!

My husbands lymph nodes also swelled up a lot after his booster shot. It took about a week to return to normal. Hope yours go down quickly.

Just did this workout again and had to comment again. Love! Those ab exercises are my favorite ones, I'm able to hold my form and actually feel it. I'm really terrible at some, but I love these things especially dead bugs!!

Day one done on day 3 as I had my 3rd covid jab on the 1st Dec and couldn't use my arm for a couple of days. Loved this workout and will definitely be asking Santa for some heavier weights. Looking forward to the next 11 days.

Great workout! I was worried that it might not be very challenging. Easy adaptations for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Reccommend for even those under 40. Personally I find music helps me get through and makes it more fun. So I added some workout music to play in the background and that did the trick (125-142 bpm).
