We created the Total Body Tone Program for you babes who are looking to firm up and intensify your routine with strength workouts. Dance workouts are great for burning calories and strength training keeps the burn going longer. In this program, we’re going to do a LOT of both. The more muscles you have in your body, the more calories you’ll burn throughout the day when you’re not exercising.
We will be using classes from 3 different types of workouts: Blissful Barre, Power Heels & Hustle and Flow! After 3 weeks, you'll feel stronger and tone from your head to your toes.
