Absolutely loved this one do it weekly. Really enjoy the HIIT ones as so challenging in a shorter space of time. U can choose how hard to push yourself. Need more please Gina ❤❤❤

Thank you for showing the low impact version for these moves. I have a congenital abnormality in my back - I won't damage it doing high impact I just won't be able to walk without severe pain for a few days. Doing the low impact version I still sweat and feel really good afterwards! I really appreciate being able to do all the variety of workouts that you share 💕

I really like this. I usually do low intensity. But this HIIT was short and to the point. And I got an energy boost for hours after I finished it. I really needed this, for my mental and physical health.😀

That was knackering, I tend to avoid HIIT workouts but through i would try this one. I did mostly the high intensity ones except the very 1st jumping jacks.
