I’ve been following your workouts for over 2 years since the Covid.I moved to the outback where gym classes are limited and my fitness dropped significantly, I found this one is great to start building up my strength back to normal 1 hours pump class again. Done 28.1.2024: The bicep (and tricep) track killed me! Mountain climbers at the end were really hard to do because of lost strength in the arms and little bit in the legs too. I did the mountain climbers on the bench so that it was easier.
