www.buymeacoff... Welcome to the SHAPE IT Series, these workouts will sculpt your entire body with unique combination moves that get the heart rate up and the muscles burning! Using minimal equipment and your own body-weight you will see how much definition and strength you can achieve in minimal time and with minimal space. The pace is fast, but the moves are not complicated to follow so you can really focus on executing each one with perfect form.
In Shape It High to Low you will perform a grouping of exercises in a standing position, then a down dog or plank position and finally on the mat. Moving through exercises such as diagonal kicks and angled glute raises, lunge side leg raise combinations and pretzel lifts, oblique knee pulls and plank knee twists as well as front kicks with reverse plank leg extensions. There will be easier modifications shown throughout, so make sure you choose your level. To intensify this workout you can add ankle weights.
