www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the SHAPE IT Series, these workouts will sculpt your entire body with unique combination moves that get the heart rate up and the muscles burning! Using minimal equipment and your own body-weight you will see how much definition and strength you can achieve in minimal time and with minimal space. The pace is fast, but the moves are not complicated to follow so you can really focus on executing each one with perfect form.
In Shape It Body Weight you will perform standing and mat combinations that will challenge your balance and strength. You will see exercises such as squat and leg raise combinations, down dog glute raises, diagonal lunges and kicks, hand stand variations, plank combinations, cardio push-ups and a tough abs segment. There are unique combinations that are tough on the mind and body. There will be easier modifications shown throughout, so make sure you choose your level. To intensify this workout you can add light dumbbells or ankle weights.

Yes, I am loving my hand stand workouts at the moment. If you like this then definitely go for all my Endurance series workouts 😊

have you tried the endurance 90 series? That has handstands and actually a lot of my more advanced series do. The Tone Up Express Series has a lot of wall work and handstands 😊

This was awesome! It was really challenging- in a very good way. I loved the handstands and all of the unique combinations you have come up with. You are getting me into killer shape quickly! My strength has already increased tremendously. Despite my surgeries, my stomach was still flat but not much definition. My husband told me yesterday that he could see a difference in my core and especially my lower belly- I haven't even done a core specific workout! These new combinations are great at strengthening and toning the entire body. Thank you!

I have noticed the same. I hardly do dedicated core work anymore, but because all the handstands, down dogs and balance moves require your core, it still gets a great workout anyway, not to mention your arms and shoulders 😊

Like usually, i love your workout. with it's very gymnastic movement! Presonnely I am a former gymnast so keep myself on the hands head down is not a problem, but for the people I train, it would be a real performance! !! But it can be a goal, why not ? I think I'll introduce it into my program! Thanks Linda, you inspire me a lot!

Thank you! I am happy to be able to bring you some moves to try with the people you train. You can definitely start with the easier variations such as down dog with the glute raise and then get them to slowly lift their legs up 😊

Wowzas. This was the first video I did of yours. I thought I was pretty fit - haha! This was very challenging: I ended up converting it to HIIT, with all the pausing I did haha! Great workout - I will try more from your channel.

Thanks. Even though you might not be doing dedicated arm work in a lot of these functional training workouts your arms are getting worked by doing the handstands and down dog positions. My arms are stronger than ever before from doing these sorts of exercises with hardly any dedicated arms work! 😀
