I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy to get to corpse pose! 😂 I had to make lots of modifications but the challenge was great!

Wow, Tim! That was a real blindsided moment. We went straight from 30-100 with this one. I felt like it was a more of a showcase for Francescka then a real practice for the challenge in our progression. How'd we go from "not ready for chatturanga" to "lets do flying pidgeon"!? This was the first one that I didn't really enjoy. It was nice to do some more difficult poses, but felt it was out of order for the progression of the challenge. Hoping tomorrow we return back to basics. (missed a day!). I'm still in!

WOW - lot's of sweating in that one and felt it was far to challenging for Day 16 and that Francesca can do beautiful poses, but we are not ready for those yet and only makes us feel we have a very long way to go. Whilst we like to be challenged, this wasn't a gradual challenge and was in danger of hurting ourselves.

dude Francesca is a beast. This one was CONSIDERABLY tougher but i am going to be coming back to this vid to strengthen! I understand other comments saying it was too much too soon, but personally i liked pushing myself a bit and noticing which positions i need to come back and spend time with. You can always pause the video and work a bit longer on any of these!

Tim, this was a tough one but its always great to challenge one's self and also watch Franciska in action. Her poses give us all a goal to aspire to. I try to do what I can and then go back to the video in a week or so and try again. It's wonderful to see my practice get better with time. Thanks for all you do and thanks to Franciska for challenging us all!

I got so much value out of that physically and mentally. May never reach flying pigeon myself but what an inspiration to witness its achievement. The class started easy and not engaging, but soon changed into poses I did not know before. Very challenging for the 2nd half. Long journey to go however it is highlighting where I need to get stronger or deeper in my stretches. Thanks Tom and Franceska.

Practice. Practice. Practice. This is once is very challenging and Francesca ( sorry if I misspelled) makes look sooooo easy!!! I was pleading in my head for child's pose through 90% of this video. Down dogs were such a sweet relief!!! Also I had a flashback of "ahhhh Sphinx pose"

I just had to come read the comments after that class... first time I'm "cussing" you Tim but in the damn best way possible!! For me personally it was a great challenge, I enjoyed the step-up and enjoyed finding myself reaching somewhat of a doable hurdle!! This challenge is great and as I predict I'll be doing it at least twice again entirely, looking forward writing a new comment in the new year to share how this class goes again!! Thank you as usual!!

Hey Tim! Second time doing this challenge over the past few months and my personal growth has been exponential so far. I’ve taken a lot of what you’ve taught me into other classes and feel stronger than ever before. Flying pigeon is even coming along this time around - my first attempt I wasn’t strong enough to get off of the ground whereas this time I could with ease! Thanks for spreading all of your positivity and knowledge to this community! You rock.

Challenging practice. When I saw Francheska, I knew it would be. I used to do her 1 hour practice on the floating dock all the time. It was very challenging in 2015. I might be afraid to even attempt it now. Today's side planks are killers and I will never master flying pigeon in this incarnation. I worked up a sweat, which is nice. Thanks, Tim! Namaste.

Hi Tim! Today’s practice was very very challenging. I found it very difficult to continue without doing resting poses in between the challenging ones, ufff!! Please remember we are not as advanced in yoga as Francesca is. Francesca made me think about how far from mastering advanced poses I am. Finally, as a constructive feedback, I think today’s practice was very advanced at this point in the challenge. Thanks for everything! You’re a great teacher. :)

I totally agree. I had to stop to prevent myself from getting an injury, I wish you would mentioned or show an alternative to the poses that Francesca was doing for those of us than can get there yet.

Hi Tim! I love your more challenging classes!!! As an American yogi living in France, I practice yoga exclusively at home, since the classes I've taken in France are always disappointingly easy or, in my humble opinion, irrelevant. Yours is one of the only channels on KZbin where I find sequences that don't bore me and that have allowed me to really progress in my practice. Thank you for thinking of your more advanced followers!

Wow today’s challenge was mind blowing ! Francesca is seriously flexible no joke haha, i had to skip on some of the poses because of my knee injury and i was just looking and amused on the way she is moving so smoothly, i loved the flying pigeon pose cant wait to try it as soon as i have a healthy knee. This was hard! Francheska is fantastic! I just sat there, leg dutifully in pigeon, chaturanga arms-ing it up, waiting for my back leg to magically float in the air, but no dice today. Thanks a ton!

Don't worry about that. I often will skip lifting the back leg up. It feels nice for some people and for others, not so much. It's all good either way.

That was definitely an advanced class for Day 16! Not sure if I got much out of this class, as I spent more time watching instead of practicing. I may just skip past the next class with Francisca and hopefully get back to a steady pace.

I'm doing the challenge with some friends and whatsapped them in bewilderment if it was me or if this class was waaaay more difficult than the previous 15...so glad to read the comments below now;). Awesome practice though to show how much more there is to gain before I can fly away like a pigeon. Think I'll do this lesson a few more times;).

This was indeed a challenging sequence. It didn’t seem a smooth transition of progress though from the careful build up of the previous days...more of a sudden jump which was a bit jarring for me. I can see why you wanted to showcase Franciska’s abilities but for me this was at the expense of the overall challenge. Still good to be challenged and confront your shortcomings.

Hi Tim! I really enjoyed this practice, it got me sweating and shaking and feeling great. Today was the first day I was able to hold twisted half moon comfortably and it was powerful! Keep the challenge rolling!

Hi Tim, I have been practicing with your videos for more than 6 months now. I truly enjoy the energy you radiate and love the classes. I just noticed today that you added ads during videos and I find them very distracting and it just disrupts the flow of the class. I hope you move back to the old method of having ads at the beginning alone. Thanks, Namaste
