For a 73 Yrs. old, I loved it, instead of sitting down watching t.v. I jumped into and start working out, then I go for 5 miles walk or reverse. Thank you Rosalie for being an inspiration.

Holy Workout, Batman!!! I will love this one once I can get all the way through it!! Made it to 42 minutes and I am drenched! Those sitting squats are amazing and on point to get the heartrate back up. See you tomorrow (if I can move, that is)!

I have a Ultra Glider XL similar to the Total Gym and couldn't hardly find any KZbin exercise examples and so Glad I found your page & I need to help reverse Osteopenia in both femur neck on my last bone density scan after being on Anastrozole 2.5 yrs after menopause and breast cancer dx 1-2-19. My previous 2 BDS October 2018 at 51 and November 2021 at 54 I was Above Normal for my age group! My Oncologist wants me on Osteoporosis medication with 2 more yrs of Anastrozole and I told her No, I'll try Strength training exercises 1st before going onto more meds!!! I sure hope these help me with bone density and getting back into shape after cancer and menopause - thanks for this great video! 😘Beverly

if I do one of these longer workouts I wont do anything else. I have added other exercises such as bodyweight squats, push ups from a table, back extensions and floor crunches. This is in addition to your monthly challenge and my workout that day. But I only have so much time

@ all Total Gyms are great - make sure they come with XL squat stand & 2 piece wing attachment. If you want to be able to add weight plates - a FIT model (there are quite a few FIT models- FIT MAX, Fit plus , FIT, Fit Ulimate) XLS and APEX G3 (most affordable model for adding weight plates). Leg extensions cannot be done on total gym..but lots of other great leg exercises can be done.
