How often should you do this workout? Do you have to work out every other day to incorporate a day of rest or can you do it everyday? I am 69 and have a Total Gym Fit. Going to do my best to get in the best shape of my life my the time I turn 70 in December. In the past ten years, I have gone from 238 lbs. to 165 with the majority of the weight lost in the past 3 years. Mainly by changing my diet. I am taking horseback riding lessons now. I want to be in shape to really enjoy it. I just started with Lynn's workout two days now, but thinking of switching to this workout. BTW, new subscriber here. Thank you so much for your expertise and encouraging attitude!

Thanks for getting motivated to use my total gym! Finding out my osteoporosis is worse! Maybe you can do a workout for those that have osteoporosis, mines in hip/spine.

This is a perfect workout for hip/spine bone building! Lots of lower body including hopping!

Thank you so much, Rosalie for this one! You knew I would follow along today, didn‘t you 😂👍🏻! Absolutely loved it ❤️! So when you realize that you‘re stronger on one side, what would you recommend to help getting the other side stronger - doing another set of each excercise more for the weaker side, or just doing more reps for each set for that side? I really would like to work on that 😃🤗!
