Music like this does not exist anymore...listen the hooks and bridges....the blend of guitar and synth...harmony.....a lost art.

This is jazz rock perfection. Toto are the best band ever formed in my opinion. I have a lot of favorites, but Toto are unbeatable musicians and this is a really great melody with beautiful vocals from Joseph Williams and Steve Lukather. Lukather wows me. I can't believe how talented he is. Such a sweet sound to his playing. Very emotional. And of course Mike and Jeff- two of our very saddest losses and two irreplaceable geniuses.

I’m 55. I rediscovered Toto in the last 2 years (except for their song Africa). During the 80’s I was too into all of the New Wave scene so I brushed Toto to the side. I love their music so much now! I’ve been playing Pamela (and other Toto songs) in the car a lot when my 12 year old son is with me. Now he likes Toto.

Toto from the 70's, read their story...the GREAT 70's product. Just like other great bands in the 80's, Guns&Roses. for example, they all started in the 70's.

@georgemirrow5 жыл бұрын

Having listened to this so many times I really like the few notes on the synth that run up to the bass note played on the 1st & 3rd beat in the early part of the song adds to the grove and gives it a funky feel in my view. One of my favourite Toto songs
