Love the 20 min cardio burn work out followed by next 12 min boxing the varying routine is brilliant again brilliantly presented by Ben . On the next 30 day plan Thanks Chris

Thank you so much for this. Since August, I’ve been working out. I started with yoga, then, proceeded with seated boxing. But this really brings in the kick that my doctor has been telling me about-the cardio workout that gets the heartbeat really go fast. Really appreciate this. BLessings on you!

Great workout and video funny you mention the ski erg challenge I just did that right before this. I can also relate to bad brakes I'm hopefully getting a new chair in the coming months

@@AdaptToPerform Me too I enjoy a rower too but we can't utilize its full potential. Hard to transfer to. I did the same motion with dumbbells during ski erg one still difficult..
