Tour the Redondo Beach Skatepark

There's a skatepark on a pier in Redondo Beach.
The waves have been horrible lately so I'm pointing my lens slightly inland. I headed to the Redondo Beach Pier to find out more about this recently opened skatepark.

Moved to Redondo Beach in 1957, all that was there was the old pier, a Fox theater and a skating rink, downtown was a village, thanks for the shots, how it has grown.

It's funny how people call those cracks, but they are actually called control joints to control the way concrete will crack

Ok, not the best skatepark in the world, but fun for a quick sesh, and you can hear the beach life festival perfectly while skating! I lived in The Village, right above the harbor, when skating was completely illegal... so glad this park popped up. Another good one homie!
