Hey Jp. 13,000+ home. Wow. Detached 4 car garage for a 6 bedroom 🤔. Everyone eventually will be driving. But not a deal breaker. Thinking rain and groceries. Lovely backyard. Different entry. I actually love the neutral tones/color scheme. Add my own bits of color. Sleek seamless kitchen. Like the island but would’ve preferred all seating on the outer and all storage on the interior. Amazing pantry. Ooooo. Dining for 12 - 14. Great wine 🍷 room for 🍷 lovers. Like the exterior seating as well. Like the entertainment hallway. Should’ve been 2 baths though. One for access to pool for wet folks and one for dry folks inside. Cozy movie theater. 1st floor guest bedroom for me for pool access 🙌🏼. Wow. That’s some closet for a guest bedroom. Lovely en-suite and backyard. 2nd bedrooms lovely with generous closets. Primary starting correct with kitchenette/fireplace/2 showcase his-hers closets/lovely en-suite and night times. I’m going have to rewind cuz I missed the laundry 🧺 room. Beautiful home. Thanks for sharing.

For this price point this home has some issues: detached garage (it rains); too small office; bland water feature at entrance not even a fountain; beige overdose; pergola over outdoor table doesn’t close into a roof (it rains); neighbors too close, etc., etc. still, it is beautiful and any buyer would expect to make changes, colorful changes. Does anyone need wine storage for 600 bottles unless you are a wholesaler to Safeway? Was that media room a little on the cheap? Thanks, for the video!

It's a blank canvas, you can decorate it with colorful art all over. Love it! But really the light colors with dark accents and plants are already perfect by itself for me. So relaxing and calming

Nice property and great view. bedrooms are amazing. however, I wouldn't call that closet "study" and the "butlers" pantry didn't even have a sink or a cooktop. for that price point I think there are certain expectations to meet.

I cannot believe that for an almost 40 minute video you gave that lousy rinky-dink nighttime tour, that wasn't even worth waiting for. You opened the video showing the exterior and then basically did the same thing at the end. A nighttime tour should include a minimal review of all the main interior and exterior areas of the home. The only person who seems to get this right is Enes Yilmazer (and I wish he did training for you guys).
