This is so cool to see in Phuket! I love the island but I've always liked darker themes and this villa does an amazing job of blending the two between the stone and the wood. I also love the dual pools, a pool as a courtyard is definitely something I wish more designs would incorporate. Great job guys! ❤

Oh, good lord! Where to start? This is one of the most unique homes you've ever shown us. It is so decadent, yet so elegant in its modern style! I hope you get to show us the 4-5 bedroom model someday. I would *_love_* to see it! I adore the black sinks, I love, love, love the mini marshmallow throw pillows, and I'm really grooving on the "floating" infinity pool off the master! And ooooo, that wine cellar!!! Tell the truth, Victoria ... did you swipe Dorothy's Ruby-Red Slippers? They looked really cute on you, and made that black dress *_pop!_*

Nice but..... Master Bedroom access through the kitchen ? 3rd Bedroom access from swimming pool platform only ? Huge kitchen downstairs without dining, same with the one upstairs. 40 Villa's on 22 Rai is pretty cramped. 25MB would be ok, but hey Phuket and black Russian cash. You of course as stunning as ever and very pro presentation. You could make a pig stable look good. Thanks for the video.

Thank you! Thank goodness it isn’t dark….like a cave 😬. Very masculine; it would be interesting to see one with light stone to see if it feels bigger. Although very beautiful, I doubt this will sell well with westerners as they will want more space for their money. I would have put a nice roof top deck on each unit. But, hey, who knows? What's with the design of these new modern villas in Phuket? They start off so well then, they fall off the rails. They look good but are not practical for actually living in. This villa's main master doesn't have a tub and the master bath is also the common bathroom for the 2nd floor. The access to the main pool is also through the master. I suppose the little strip to the side lets you access the pool from the Livingroom, but if you needed to use the restroom, you'd still have to go through the master. The small pool's not very practical either, with no place to lounge around. I can just see wet guess sitting on the cushioned couch or trekking water through the house. I must say, the first floor would make a great 1-bedroom home, but as part of a 3-bed home, the location's somewhat impractical.

Was für eine schlechte Raumaufteilung. Küche im Erdgeschoß, lang und schmal und daneben das Hauptschlafzimmer!? Wer wollte nicht schon immer sein Schlafzimmer direkt neben der Küche haben. Hier wurde mal wieder extrem am Grundstück gespart und nach oben gebaut und alle Zimmer sind lang und schmal und nichts ist da, wo es hingehört. Was soll die 2. Küche? Die beiden Pools kann man wohl kaum als Pool bezeichnen. Hat gerade mal die Größe eines Whirlpools. Niemals würde ich hier 40MTHB ausgeben.

Obviously a very self-indulgent builder and designer, not a home for everyone. It has a Weird, dark layout, and the outdoor area seems forgotten. The first floor feels like wasted space that doesn't work at all.Odd villa.

I like that it's not a cookie cutter set of all white walls everywhere, it makes it unique - especially in a tropical location like Phuket.
