33:39 - I'm avoidant, and I hit rock bottom so hard. I'm doing everything I can now to heal. The consequences of the unrecognised trauma are severe. Pushing away love which you need so badly and not even realising what was happening (I only felt that something is going very wrongly) it is hard.

How did you hit rock bottom? What made you realise it and were there some events or triggers which put it in place? Please share, as this is something the community does not have much insight to yet. Most avoidants do not hit rock bottom because of their avoidance to self reflect and spend their lives in a downward spiral.

Same. I came here to figure out my ex who just left me, but I'm instead learning a ton about myself. I listened to a 1.5 hour video of Ken's about avoidants. I have never heard someone describe me accurately for over an hour, including weird details about me that seem unrelated. I've never had therapy.
