@3:32 that's actually not a gasket but a rubber heat isolator. It's so the intake plenum doesn't get hot from the engine heat. Hot air leads to detonation.

if its an is300 you could get an adaptor kit for the j160 gearbox to jz engine unless you really want the 4cylinder
