Very nice. My 7afe Celica just failed its MOT on emissions, it had a new catalytic converter two years ago. Do you think an engine rebuild would sort her out?

My another 7aFE engine did not meet emission regulations with a new catalyst either. After the rebuild of this engine, it will be clear whether it will be clear whether it helped (worn piston rings cause oil burning)
