Thanks, and happy new year to you too! Yeah, 2021 sounds ludicrously futuristic (glossing over the fact that 2000 used to sound futuristic as well, and 1984 before that 😱) but it doesn't FEEL that futuristic. Or saying that, maybe it does? I think 1984 me would have been blown away by lipo batteries, scale 4x4 drivetrains and youtube videos on pocketable phones... 👍

I couldn't agree more... it's so scale! Looks amazing. I follow somebody on Instagram (marcsgarage) who's just built one though, and he seems to be saying it has a few issues to work through. I'm not sure what exactly. But my god, it certainly looks the part... 😁👍

hey can i ask u a question i have the same ssd scx10.2 scale trans...my question is what servo mount are u using in this video??

I was lucky really, as I also used the RC Run body mount for the LC80 and that features a servo mount. So I didn't even have to mess around. It puts the servo across the chassis where a radiator would be in a real car.

@@rccrawlersmid-wales645 oh ok i just bought a front servo mount/bumper mopunt on amazon for like 9$bucks direct drop in comes in 2 days lol prime shipping...i have the scx 10.2 rails and u know the black L shape bracket on one side takes up 2 holes and the sd servo mount i have an extra mounts as well with those same holes the L bracket black piece does..plus if im running a scale tope plate motor cover best bet was that front centered servo just like u said by the radiater and i was able to fins one in the same color alumnum as the ssd scale trans this will be more of a spare parts build what would i have laying around.....thanks for the answer i was able to find one on amazon..

I've talked to Chris at ssd it's a 14t 48p pinion gear so you could gear up or down a few teeth
