Alcantara looks nice when new, but used without gloves it looks like shit in no time, alcantara needs a heavy cleaning schedule to stay good looking tbh.

Glad to have the vlogs coming back. TBH i am kinda over the whole bmw thing. Pagani uses AMG engines, no one bats an eye. Toyota uses BMW engine/trans/interior, real shit ? Make no mistake i would've loved a 3JZ with a bespoke trans and interior for the supra. Lets just embrace the thing like it is now.

Its been tested and reviewed by multiple auto reviewers with positive results. The track test have been positive as well, although many have recommended a suspension upgrade. I havent seen one in Zurich yet, but the design looks spectacular. You guys are testing at a completely different level in its entirety. It will be VERY interesting your personal evaluation of this car by next season because of the wild interest in this one car.

Nice vlog Misha. Apart from the camo Supra that was on track on the Nordschleife last October, I still haven't seen one. I've seen a few Z4's though, despite 'allegedly' not selling very well. Hope all is good, welcome back!

"One thing I don't like, there no place to put the key..." Remember those days when the place to put the key was in the ignition and it'd stay there? Seriously... What did we gain in not having the burden of turning the key to start a car?? Do we all feel better and more relaxed now that keys don't need to be turned to start a car or open a door?? I genuinely don't get it.

@@topsu_u I used to like it also, Apart from the car not picking up the key when opening the boot, have to lift my leg to get it to work, looks like a dog cocking its leg. But I just moved into an apartment with underground parking and have to use my key to get into the parking. its a pain pulling my key out when in the car.

Sounds like you haven't lived with a keyless starter car. You don't have the extra keys clanging on your leg when you drive. You have the keys in your pocket

Automatic highbeams should work if you press the button on the indicator lever.. At 6:21 you show the steering wheel and the lever shows the symbol for automatic highbeams..

I also agree with the steering Misha; I don't mind that there's BMW tech in the cabin (it's better than anything Toyota has to begin with) but I'm really not a fan of the steering wheel. Hopefully there's some aftermarket solutions where we can keep the steering wheel buttons but a different design

The new supra is growing on me! When i first saw one i was like WTF!!!!! but now..... As for the 'great' idea of keyless? What a pointless waste of time. I had it once on a focus ST and hated it. I now have an E92 BMW where i have to put the 'key' into a slot then hit a starter button which is perfect.

When you say you broke the Supra in on the Autobahn, did you drive a constant speed? Because I thought that's the opposite of how you're meant to brake in an engine/transmission? (I thought normal city driving was best, with starting and stopping all the time, with different speeds.) I'm glad this was better than everyone's first reactions would lead you to believe. But I'm waiting for the new Corvette. That's going to be a game-changer.

Interesting that you felt the steering is nervous. New Supra has a 15:1 steering ratio, which is more than on most other modern sporty cars? Also the GT86 / BRZ has 13:1 ratio. Convincing car overall, but I dont feel it 100% :D

I have to admit that i think this car was never intended to be misha's daily and has a lot to do with toyota not being able to make enough fast enough and being selective to who they sold them to but it's also nice to know it sucks.

Have heard that's not a good way to break-in engine being sat at a certain rpm. sure it makes no difference but just so you're aware i was told to vary the rpm and loads on it

The lack of trunk opening is kinda a Toyota thing, although I must admit idk if Supra Mk4 have this issue, but for other Toyota that isn't a hatchback, it is really annoying when it lack of any outside button or whatever means to open the trunk lid.

I have the limited A90 GR Supra and the premium version. The premium version will get a engine swap for the 2JZ, might keep the 8 speed if it fits and works, if not then 6 speed manual. I will have 2 ecu's. Factory for the comfort creatures I want to still have and stand alone for the power and drive train, also gonna do a widebody BUT in metal amd graphting it on the body instead of drilling and screwing kits and not being stable. And numerous mods coming. The limited edition is just for the collection btw.

DDE stripped the supra down to the chassis and it is like 90% bmw brand, with the logo sticked on each part..... so, it is a bmw supra. 😄

I really like the new Supra! To me the perfect combination between japanese Design and BMW technology! I allways would prefer this car over the old Mk.4 Supra! Reason is I can't stand any more Mk.4 Supra Build Up's or Clips about these... Mk.4 Supra Theme is "Durch" and "Ausgelutscht"🙄 #nichthaengengeblieben

Thanks Misha, and don't want to be Unverschämt. Unlike many other Supra-fanbois I really like this car. Size, Styling and Sound are absolutely fine! Not to compare with the old Supra. And for the Ewiggestrigen, there are allready many 2JZ-swapped Widebodysupra's too... If they have the moneeeeyyyy... Nice sweet Supra!👍
