I shoot a long-range comp every year out to a mile. Last year, I changed my muzzle brake 2 weeks a prior, and it killed my groups. Ended up having to play with seating depth to fix if and got even better results.

It's pretty wild when you really start to dissect the things that contribute to accuracy. I just helped a buddy out with a .243 win, we put a brake on it for his son and the groups shrunk from 3-4" down to 1" with a little 3-port brake. I have a barrel harmonics experiment coming up that I am almost ready to film. Should be pretty interesting. Thanks for watching! -Shawn

Great video and information again! What ammo are you shooting in the Vudoo?

Thank you! I'm finishing up whats left of a case of Wolf Match Extra. This lot shoots ok, the lot I had before was absolutely incredible. I guess thats the 22 ammo lottery. 😂

Why are you jumping 5 numbers at a time you are missing alot of nodes

Ammo. Time. Barrel fouling. And I've never found that to be necessary. I've tuned several .22's with this method and always had the same, good results. During the rough tuning, you aren't going to miss a node by moving 5 increments. You should see a pattern emerge with one distinct area on the tuner which you explore further by moving around that number in smaller increments.
