As a farm boy a few decades ago in Upstate (real upstate, a LONG ways from that uh city) I suspect you misspoke saying you added "water". .At least where I am and grew up, winter temperatures would make that "water" a bit lumpy and unbalance the tire enough where it would be all the tractor could do was turn that wheel.
