@@kidmack1121 you have to understand a couple things about the scene: First - he had already been out there stacking half of the barn/truck by the time she got outside. Second - we trade positions between tossing and stacking to prevent wear out. The "tosser" tries to toss farther in order to save the stacker time from walking and dragging back and forth. It's not meant to be mean. Third - Off camera the day prior we had explained to Vered about the hay delivery. She agreed and said she thought could hang. And just like many people trying a new sport - she couldnt. Only final note: Officers in the Army may be gentlemen...but they aren't "gentle men." My father - and many officers i worked with - are **tough.** And they need to be...they aren't running Green Peace ya know. (BTW historically speaking ..medieval knights weren't really that "gentle" either. It was the "Dark Ages." They used to bash people's skulls in. The SJW fantasy idea of "chivalrous knights in shining armour who bows to every woman as a lady" is a King Arthur level myth...especially when technically not every woman is deserving of that respect. So where i respect the idea of "that wasn't nice," comparing that to behavior unbecoming of a knight I think is a tad inaccurate and a little presumptuous)... No offense though with any of this. But she is a lot more mature than the show gave credit for. The other dad wasn't so bad. A lot of their attitude comes from the classic Indian culture (they traditionally do not like violence and still kinda have a caste system where worth is based on "wealth status"....explains a lot when reviewing their values through the show) Problem with a week worth of footage and only 2 hours (with ads) to show it in. I found it totally sad too. None of them seem happy at all. That’s why they’re always complaining. They don’t experience joy. They have told themselves that only material things bring happiness, so they’re always looking for the next best thing to get their fix. They will forever be disappointed and unhappy living this way. Happiness happens between the little moments in life. It is an attitude and a mindset as well. Above all, people who are truly happy have learned the importance of gratitude. I have been poor, I have had money, and I will tell you money had nothing to do with the happiness I experienced. It came from within, and the ability to feel and express gratitude for what I did have. You have to learn how to have fun in life. These guys will never be happy, because they’re always looking for what’s wrong, and what to complain about. So they never exist in gratitude. They’re empty inside, and hoping money will fill that void. Then they’re disappointed when it doesn’t, so they complain. They don’t even see it. It’s actually very sad. The image they think they’re projecting is not reality either...

They have a very warped idea of what is valued by the masses in this country. They seem hell bent on proving they're living the American dream and completely missing the point. I went to college with several exchange students from India and have friends today from there and the only thing that matters is "showmanship"! Nothing matters unless you can show it off! Literally, love, friendship and family are all much lower priorities than giving the illusion you're wealthier than what you are. FYI- Their home, although nice, seems extremely small compared to homes through most of the nation for a fraction of the price...... There is very little value for an enormous expense in housing in expensive cities.

I think it depends on where you live. Coastal places will have seafood cheaper. Sushi is getting cheaper in the US and you can get it at Red Bento for a decent price like entrees at Applebees or Red Robin. As a mother she needs to be worried about that spoiled brat she has raised instead of the young girl who does not want her advice .

"If I want good food I will go and buy it." - how INEPT! Learning to cook at home showed me how 'not tasty' eating out actually can be; even the "expensive" kind.

When you're indian and don't like eating messy food 🤣🤣🤣🤣. All Indian food is messy. That family is embarrassing themselves for tv. Sad

I'm happy that the well to do family r blessed but I rather enjoy my friends and family than things. I don't need a lot of money to be happy. ❤❤❤

Not to mention they didn’t seem very happy to me. I’ve never heard 2 people complain as much as those 2. No thanks

It is nice to shop. As long as you have the money to spend. Hahaha.

If you are in debt, your priority should be getting out of debt as fast as you can. Your Father is fiscally irresponsible and setting a bad example.

No they aren't. They live in Thousand Oaks. That's as middle class as you can get. They don't even live in Hermosa Beach or Malibu, nevermind Beverly Hills.

That family is 100% outspending their means. Their house isn't that big; this show is almost 20 years old. Real estate wasn't nearly as expensive as it is now, even during the market inflation, pre-crash. They're not as rich as they portray themselves to be. And their child is a spoiled brat.

Listening to the Harvard Graduate talk like Ms. Swan: "I'm very much fashionable. I dress up sexy. I'm very lovely woman...My daughter is the spicy and she is the sugar..." (It should be a clue that she and her husband are the only ones they have to close caption what they say...)
