Boy, at 17:15 you were sure selling the 50 mile distance! Cold, dark, long day, hurts.... but you can do it! 😂

Yet another great video, always nice to see it from a different perspective. And as a runner it's nice to be on the other side of it. I'm enjoying some time doing that after some tough runs also.

Glad you enjoyed it Marc, filming mixes it up a lot and I still get my distance in :)

Not a problem. It was a cracking day out in the end. Hopefully it won't take me too long to make the full video

Great vid. Myself and friends were out walking along the coast at Port Eynon area watching everyone going past. Well done all 👏

It was a crazy day. I can only imagine what they are feeling, I was aching and I I lay covered about 25k. It gets me excited about the next one.

I’m only now walking probably lol. Great day tho. Glad the rain held off for me 👍🏻

@@tomrankin2564 Yeah we were luck with the rain. When I left the house at 5am it was awful, but to be fair it was dry most of the day... apart from the last couple of hours

Nice to see a well made video of such a great course. Will you be in next year?
@TrailRunningWales5 жыл бұрын
Well I think I'll be filming it again next year, and I've got Lakeland 50 in 2020. Are you thinking of running it again?
@asiacinemaretro5 жыл бұрын
@@TrailRunningWales I may do 😀 when is the Lakeland 50? I need to do something - I have a half and a marathon for early next year, 10k on Sunday 👍
@TrailRunningWales5 жыл бұрын
Lakeland is the end of July but I believe it's already sold out, there was a ballot entry system. If you want a really tough one, look at the South Wales 50 by run walk crawl

Nice vid mate, interesting camera crew perspective and for me you train to be as strong as poss then see where the training takes you...training for sub 15 or sub 12 should not be any different only whether you are capable of consistency in the training. Great goals to be shooting for though 👌
