Missed you brother. Every since the gyms closed and with Corona out there, it has been a lot harder to hit the weight I was lifting and doing power/olympic based movements. Seeing you at the home based gym and still able to do your work is inspiring. Not sure you have done a video on this but I wonder if you have done a home gym based tour as I have started my own.

Hi Brian, thank you for putting your heart into all your content. I'm not sure if you or somebody you know, can suggest anything for rock climbers. I'm prioritizing lifting, and climbing is more of an enjoyable activity that is part of my lifestyle. But I thought there might be a way to tailor my workouts to have some more carryover to climbing. If you don't know, all is well just thought I'd ask, and thanks again.

He has all this and can play high level basketball, has a 42” vertical etc. The guys literally helping me walk again my knees were fucked for years and profoundly atrophied. I’m about to hit 5 months of doing his stuff everyday and I’m starting to walk properly and I’m standing up straight and not looking like Quasimodo lol. Message him and ask about reversing out knee pain and tibialis raises & calf stretching. And then make these things a regular part of your life. 🤟👌 peace man all the best ✌️❤️

Stop pressing overhead...the shoulder is not built for this mouvement....heavy dlifts, squats and ohp will make you older faster. Please read or watch doug brignole. He is a bodybuilder but will educate you on how to train past 40. I too am strong (230 lbs ...500lbs bench 650 squat and 700 deadlift natural)...but i am almost never injured...why train smart
@signs803 жыл бұрын
overhead pressing is fine depending on your shoulder anatomy. some people cannot press overhead safely just like some people can't squat deep safely, but I'd say most people can
