@@andrewpittman3605 Please don't spread the outdated and misguided idea that children shouldn't lift weights. With proper training and supervision it is perfectly safe and very beneficial for people under the age of 15 to be lifting weights.

It'd be interesting to get more insight of what you eat over the day. If you train that hard and that much, your diet has to be on point I guess. Maybe you could include that here and there in your videos. I aware of the "What Olympic Swimmers REALLY Eat" video and I loved it. But as always, great video. Always puts me in a good mood :)

Five days a week with a coach two hour long swims plus 15 minute drylands. I also swam Saturday’s for two hours alone so I got extra practice, and I did an abs workout amevery day before school and an arm workout Monday Wednesday’s and Fridays as well before school. I also ran Saturday’s and Sunday’s no matter the weather. Currently I am working out for strength every morning and doing runs before school and swimming 1.5 hours Monday-Friday, and 3 on Saturday’s.

Yolo Turtle Jesus Christ you are very bothered. With this I think you’ll do very good, i on my train 2 days a week on mornings because I can’t be bothered doing extra workout and I’m 16 so I gotta focus on studies now. But you should keep this up, how are you bothered? Doesn’t swimming sometimes get boring? Sometimes it feels like we’re doing the same drills and same stuff over and over again so

Look I know this is stupid and out of nowhere crap, but for a while I did swimming because my dad was doing it, bit then it felt so boring to train since it felt like we were all doing the same thing, I was a decent swimmer - not the best and recently quit training due to COVID. I'm not the type to be motivated or anything, I guess I wasn't bothered. My first time doing swimming I was determined because I wanted to win, back when I was younger (not many people did swimming) I won quite a bit of races, but winning alone felt so boring. But thanks to my best friend, she said something to me that I didn't even realize myself, I remember I sat down with her and we were talking about swimming. She was a very good swimmer herself, so good at one point she was beating all the boys in their races. She said "Im not the competitive type, but I love relay's, knowing that I have my friends who can trust me really makes me feel motivated to win for them!~ Touching the wall and celebrating the wins was amazing" I was awed, of course I'm not very social but I can admit sometimes a part of me does wish I could swim with her since it does get lonely and crushes my love for swimming. But then she looked at me and said "Durshi, I think deep down the reason why you did swimming was because you wanted to win right?" And I said "well yeah, why?" and (Little backstory: Basically I was born into a blessed life, I got everything I wanted and I literally had no problems, as in family or money or anything, I was always given stuff) she smiled and said "I think the reason why you did it was because you wanted to feel achieved right? You were so used to things being given to you, you never fought for it or earnt it, that's why you feel so un-achieved", and you want to achieve going into the Olympics" I stared at her and didn't know know what to say, and I said "H-huh...." and that changed my whole image, of course now I'm still not bothered but I do kind want to go back and try a little harder at least. Thanks to her I'm a lot better, sure I might not go to the Olympics but she's already made me feel achieved without even knowing it. Thank you Sarah. (Sorry for the long rambling crap, I just felt like putting this out there)
