Great question, bro! 💪 Progressive overload ka matlab hai apne reps ya sets ko dheere-dheere badhana. For example, agar tum 3 sets of 10 reps kar rahe ho, next week try karo 12 reps ya 4 sets. Dheere-dheere apna weight ya intensity bhi increase karo. Consistency se progress hoga!🔥
