How are more people not watching these? You are inspirational and your attitude is amazing. Keep being a bad ass acrobatic lady! I'm determined to train my handstand now because of how empowering you make it seem! I'm going to use your training methods to try and get there! Thanks for putting great content into the KZbinverse.

I’m a gymnast and I can hold a handstand walking for about a minute but when it comes to no walking I can only hold it for a few seconds any tips to improve? xx

i can do most of that no problem BUT how in the blue hell you do THAT on 9:15 i tryed 10.000 times i can never do this no matter how many times i try........ lucky me i have 2 women in the house who do that 4 me ^^
