Hey Adam - you are a huge inspiration for all of us who work 9-to-5's, but still have athletic endeavors. Keep doing what you are doing!

Holy shit, you're fast. I'm an 8th grader and my fastest 3k time is 10:24. That's like a 5:30 pace. Your WORKOUT 5K is a faster pace then my actual races. I hope my 5k time in highschool will be as close to your workout time.

Not only that he can hold a pace faster than this for a the full marathon on race day

Work hard and you’ll get there! But keep in mind everyone progresses differently from others. If you want to compare yourself with anyone, make sure it’s your past self. As long as you do the right training and you get faster over time, you’re good! Good luck!

Comparison is the thief of joy kid. Your progress is your own, and you can’t put it against anyone else. It’ll come, just keep the consistency!

Adam, I found your channel a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed your content. I was in the middle of training for a 20 mile race and your videos were a much needed source of inspiration during my training, especially as someone who works full time as well and has to get his runs in at 4:30am to make it work. I ran my race today and finished with a time of 2:27:53 which ended up being 2 minutes faster than my goal time! Keep up the good work and I look forward to your videos and progress! 👍

Hey Adam! Running Boston for the first time next spring and wanted to ask if you had tips for altitude. I recently moved to Peru, and I’ll be at 8200ft from December until Boston. Also advice on dealing with dogs would be appreciated lol 😂
