100% agree with this perspective. Too many "experts" out there who, point blank, are fucking lame. Train hard, eat smart and a lot, and use gear if that's your thing. Personally, I prefer it. Haha. Enough of my jargon. I have to go eat my third meal............LMFAO! Train hard my comrades!

Right. And they got all these young kids focusing too much on cues and limb length and torso to fn femur ratio and keeping this tucked and breath like this no breathe like that...and they take the shit so hard none of em are getn any work done they’re focusing on the wrong dam shit! Just lift, after a couple years of at least putting on some muscle and getting semi strong then mabi then you can work on all the minutia. Even then hyperfocusing on this little shit will be a detriment to many-most of the crap these kids think they have to worry about all comes together anyway after many many reps of hard work.

Idk…he’s just saying he thinks everything is bs. Not a very thorough and robust answer. There’s nothing wrong with somebody eating at certain times of the day. That’s just as much a discipline as training.
@ChrisK0z2 жыл бұрын
He mentions It helps keep people in program and helps them with their regimen, I also think he's talking about beginners/amateurs not necessarily pro level athletes. I agree some of his points are broad and require a deeper explanation though. But regardless If you're at a certain level It still requires discipline for sure. I think the main takeaway Is that training is the real backbones and coaches and guru's are trying to manipulate or make something that Isn't rocket science into rocket science lol, Although at pro levels It really does become extremely dangerous with the additions of Slin and GH.

@@ChrisK0z it is science, though. No less so than conjugate training. Listen to Louis Simmons talk as he rattles off percentages, numbers, waves, and a variety of movements to facilitate the needs of athletes. Very thoughtful, mathematic and purpose driven. Plus, those guys ate a ton! Dr. Mike Israetel addresses diet and training through a scientific approach…better training through science. You are right in that he is warning about predatory coaching techniques that miss the mark when it comes to training.

Anytime I increase reps and shorten rest periods without touching my diet I lose 2-3 lbs of fat within weeks every time

Vince Gironda was a big proponent of this technique. He called it "lifting density". I once did one of his specific density training programs, and it actually worked very well.

I have been saying this for ever now there's a right way to train and there's a wrong way to train and if people and the fitness industries and the bodybuilding industries are just seeing this all of them are 40 years behind it's not about having big giant muscles it's all about being slender and fit and I will say it again there's a right way to train and there's a wrong way to train.
