i want to believe this, but i think theres not much you can do once your a pro athlete and have been optimising your diet and training for years, walking into Brian's gym wont make him suddenly a hyper responder to juice or give him the training strategy he never came up with, Brian is a freak of nature, other humans cant just take his supps then grow bigger. unless Brian gave him the secret HGH ratios to use or something, but i doubt Brian really even uses that stuff. he was already naturally producing too much of it as a kid. he was always huge! someone tell me im wrong so i can believe Devon can beat Levan, i want to believe, can anyone with science give me hope??

Right I think he's lost a decent amount of strength but I don't think he's lost that much. And yes we see Matt almost pinning Devon sometimes but I don't think Matt is there right now and I think Devon is legitimately very strong right now.. so even if Brad was 10% stronger right now could he even pin devin? He can't even move him off center at all right now so I don't know what being in his old shape would do for him. Devon hasn't really taken any time off except the 6 weeks he took off back in May. I also don't think he lost that much strength losing the weight and then he immediately started right back up again training and gaining for genadi.

Bro Devon, for the shoulder you should do light internal and external rotation, and it will help drastically in every way, strolling under the skin, its just like rehab. Its super easy too. You could do it with resistant bands but grabbing your gripper hangle on the pully and loading it up with between 5-10 pounds is perfect. And just rep it. I do jt along side my singles. It works. Also supinated internal rotation with a band is amazing too
