He's setting himself up for a bad day. It trips me out nobody speaks on his knees coming in....weight shift...then the unsafe forward bend. I've lifted for 30 years....some moves are not for everyone. Hayden is not built for squatting....and he's not built for that weight. I would think with his wife and everyone around him someone might bring up these points. He looks like he's gonna get hurt and I've only just today discovered these two.

Stefi You have inspired me more than you can know. I watch videos of your competition lifts every morning on the bike while warming up just to get me fired up and it always works. 4 months ago I could barely complete a single set of empty bar deadlifts without passing out and feeling nauseous, I was so ridiculously out of shape after suffering depression for about 3 years and not having done any training for around 5 years (certainly nothing serious). But as of right now I am back in the gym by 6am every day powering through workouts with the same kind of zeal I had when I first lifted weights 28 years ago at the age of 17. I managed 6 sets of deadlifts yesterday going to failure each time, using strict form all the way, with about 40kilos and then finished with some squats because I felt absolutely fine! I'm slowly overcoming a shoulder injury doing all the exercises you recommend for strengthening the supporting muscles surrounding the scapula etc and I just find that you seem to be spot on with everything you say and do. You're a remarkable person and I can only say thank you for being so giving with your knowledge and your spirit, I'm genuinely inspired, excited, and already getting amazing results, especially considering I'm now 45 (with a physique that is looking more and more like a 26 year old every day lol). Not so long ago I was ready to say goodbye to this life, I was so overloaded with junk food and sugar and trash and toxins in my body that I barely had the energy to walk to the bathroom. But now I am looking forward to the future being fit and strong and healthy once again. And feeling incredible! I can't believe I forgot how amazing it feels to be strong and healthy. It's everything! And just watching you each morning with that determined look on your face, such an intelligent and beautiful person that is so clued in to life and so driven, it reinvigorates me every single day. With love and peace to you and your family from South Australia. xoxoxox

Hello, why do you watch the movie? When the body starts, the upper body is upright and the hip circumference is low. When I try to find my own way to start learning, I have a higher hip position and a larger angle between my hip and barbell. I hope to get a reply.

Awsome video. I use to coach weight training and I retired 10 years ago. Just be careful. My best student going for the WR had 700lb on the bar and all of a sudden a mouse ran out of nowhere and ran between his legs. He squealed loudly and he lost his balance and all 700lb fell on him and an additional 400lb of weights all 45s from the side racks. Killing him instant. It messed me up for a long time. Remember set mouse traps.

@@marcochavezjr9180 It's common enough for women who train squats to squat over 225; they weren't talking about women who don't squat at all which your average woman in a commercial gym doesn't. In my powerlifting gym most ladies who've been around a while squat in the mid to high 200's and people who compete squat way more. Even ladies who do crossfit can often squat pretty heavy.
