Hello sir. I like your videos very much. Can you please make a video about proper form of squats? Also can you demonstrate the correct form with a beginner and not mukesh sir. This is because mukesh sir is so big that it not very easy to see the body posture as it's hidden behind his big muscles.

Sir recently I have joined powerlifting. Before that i used to go to the gym to lose weight But now i am not getting enough energy from the food that i take, and also don't want to gain weight. So can u please tell me what to eat in a day?

You can take protein after the workout and take some dry fruits with toned milk that will give uou energy either fish soup or chicken soup if you are non-vege.

Or should I add other exercises? One more thing, after I finish my sets I do kapalbhati pranayam for 15 to 20 minutes.Does it affect my gains??
