i have a different training style to this ,learnt and developed it myself.i always go for 100% ,all my work sets are in 1-3 rep range .few months back in addition to that i've added paused pin squats too ,last two sets in 80% and 85 % range .somehow i just dn't like doing reps .at present i'm squatting 160 kg @ 91 kg bodyweight using only a belt and no wraps or sleeves .i have squatted a max of 175 kg but i lost my strength 3 times due to overtraining ,currently i'm gaining it back .your training style is different .however i do not agree with one point you said regarding use of wraps for safety.it's proven in research that warps do not help in preventing injury rather it is bad for knees in long term .besides use of wraps is to lift more not for safety .i disagree with you on some points but overall your videos are educational.good job sir !!!

If you're checking your one rep max every single training session you're making a big mistake and you'll hit and stay at a plateau way longer. Once you've checked your one rep max there is no need to test it for a good two months let alone every single training session. You need to give your lifts sufficient volume work, strength work before you check your one rep max again.

@@robo__cop8154 I don't want to discourage you but this is an extremely slow progress. Squatting 160 at a body weight of 90 plus is not at all impressive either. You're seeing progress only bcoz your body mass supports the extra load you might throw at it but it will taper down very quickly when you've reached the higher numbers your body can possibly hold. I have teenagers that squat 160 for 3 reps and are only at a body weight 70 to 75 kgs. If you look at international athletes there are squatting 200 kgs plus in that body weight but that's not the point. Checking your one rep max everytime is a poor training strategy. Ask any reputed strength and conditioning coach and they'll tell you that. Also such frequent repeated maximal testing of your hip joint can lead to issues like spondylosis which is the development of stress cracks in your lumbar vertebrae ( I'm assuming you do this same one rep max testing every session on the deadlifts too ). It's a recipe for disaster and over time you'll feel it down there on your lumbar region or your sacro-illiac region

Weight to hamesh apni capacity k according hi lift krna cahiye bas yeh dhyan rhe ki jb aap training kar rhe ho to apki muscle and mind dono combination mein kam kre aise krne p light weight bhi heavy wala effect dega training ko feel kro . Or jha tak testosterone h woh 30 k baad km hone lag jata hai par achi diet and workout Kiya Jaye to use bhi control kr skte hai
