Salman Ayub bro dodh mein paka huwa Suji ka halwa after training roti keh saath. Paya soup very thin and great once a week. And train 1 day on and 1 day off. 5 sets of 20 push-ups week 1 then 4 sets of 25. And the most important thing is to make sure that you do not do Muth. Wanking. Please other wise forget strength and power.

Testosterone is only natural GH that would help you get those much desired muscles. There are two components to boost it naturally. One is diet and other being training. All you gotta do is 1.Eat more (but good) fat- Olive oil, almonds, avocados, peanut butter, Red meat, coconut oil, egg yolks, dark chocolate, cheese) 2.Consume more zinc and vitamin D (Chicken, fish, Oats) 3.Stick with multijoint/compound movements in the gym (Squats, Bench press,Deadlifts, Military press etc) 4.Shorten your rest periods (this would increase your endurance; that's the time when your T-levels kick in! 5.Get more sleep (8 hours) 6.Stop Jerking off too often (This is must!) And, my personal favorite: please do drink low fat milk everyday (Milk and compound exercises are awesome on your T-levels)

Isme arithmetic progression lag jaega 😁... 1set(2 rep) , 2nd set(4 rep) and so on till 10th set (for 20 reps) therefore total number of reps = n/2[2a+(n-1) *d] Which is 110 rep.... 💪...
