As an early childhood teacher, I got the same training in child development as the "therapists" who claim you can be "born in the wrong body." Piaget's 4 stages of cognitive milestones still stand: 1. sensory-motor (birth-2), 2. pre-operational (3-6) 3. concrete operational (7-11), 4. formal operational (11-14) and the milestone of object permanence arrives age 3-4. Thus, the belief "born wrong body" does not comport with established early age human development. We who divorced crossdressing men know this is all bunk. Local teacher tells 6 - 8 year olds they can be anything they want. My friend’s daughter came home saying she was part cat, part dog and part girl and she was some kind of fur. That her teacher said she could take a litter tray to school and when she was older she might be a boy. Her mum says it’s best to go along with it and then she’ll grow out of it. She has no idea of what’s going on.

Actually, when listening to detransitioners... I am under the impression that it sometimes are the very smart kids that get caught in this, weirdly enough. Many of the detransitioners are eloquent, intelligent and deep thinking people.
